Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-Off Period: the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: a natural person who is not acting in the course of their trade or profession and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Day: calendar day.
Duration Contract: a distance contract concerning a series of products and/or services, where delivery and/or performance obligations are spread over time.
Durable Data Carrier: any medium that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information personally addressed to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction of the stored information.
Right of Withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services at a distance to consumers.
Distance Contract: a contract in which, within the framework of a distance-selling system organized by the entrepreneur, communication is made exclusively by one or more remote communication techniques up until the conclusion of the contract.
Remote Communication Technique: a means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being simultaneously in the same space.

Article 3 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers made by the entrepreneur and any distance contracts entered into between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, before the contract is concluded, it will be stated that the terms and conditions are available for inspection and will be sent to the consumer upon request.

Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer is valid for a limited period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
The offer is non-binding, and the entrepreneur reserves the right to change or adapt the offer.

Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement comes into effect when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the conditions set by the entrepreneur.

When an agreement is concluded electronically, the entrepreneur will confirm the receipt of the consumer's acceptance promptly via electronic means. As long as the entrepreneur has not confirmed the acceptance, the consumer may cancel the agreement.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may cancel the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the product. The cooling-off period starts the day after the consumer receives the product or has it delivered to an authorized representative.

The consumer must return the product in its original condition and packaging, and the product must be unused. The consumer has 30 days to return the product.

Article 7 – Costs of Withdrawal
If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The entrepreneur may exclude the right of withdrawal for specific products, such as:

Custom-made or personalized products

Perishable goods

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken

Article 9 – Sale Items & Incorrect Address
Return
We offer a 100% return guarantee on all new products, with the exception of promotional items. Sale items are excluded from this guarantee.

Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is provided during checkout, we are unable to accept responsibility for any delivery issues. Please ensure that your address is entered correctly. If your order is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address, you will need to contact the courier directly to resolve the issue.

Article 10 – Price
The prices of products and/or services offered by the entrepreneur remain unchanged during the period mentioned in the offer, except for price changes due to VAT rate adjustments.

Article 11 – Conformity and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that the products and services meet the agreement, are of good quality, and comply with any legal requirements.

Article 12 – Delivery and Execution
The entrepreneur will handle orders with care and will aim to deliver within 2–6 days.

Article 13 – Duration Contracts: Duration, Termination, and Renewal
The consumer can cancel long-term contracts at any time with a maximum notice period of one month.

Article 14 – Payment
Payments must be made within 7 days after accepting the offer unless otherwise agreed.

Article 15 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be reported within 7 days after discovering the issue.

Article 16 – Disputes
English law exclusively applies to agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
