📦 Return Instructions

We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected — and that’s okay! If you would like to return an item, please follow the instructions below carefully:

  1. Email us at novimaeuk@gmail.com with the following:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for your return

    • The specific product(s) you are returning

    • The return address will be provided to you after we receive your return details.

Include a note inside or attached to the parcel with your order number clearly visible.

2. Once confirmed, return the parcel to the address we provide.

3. After shipping, please email us the tracking number so we can monitor your  return.
Without tracking, we may not be able to assist or verify receipt.

⚠️ Returns without a clearly visible order number or a clear reason for return will not be processed.

✅ General Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • We do not provide return labels. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We strongly recommend using tracked shipping. We are not responsible for return parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged.

  • If customs or import duties are charged upon return, they will be deducted from your refund.

  • Our suppliers are not based in the UK, so please be aware of international return procedures.

 

❌ Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Items that are used or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear, earrings)

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

📬 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order.
We are not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or returned due to address errors.
If your order is returned due to incorrect details, we can resend it, but extra shipping fees will apply.
